Privacy Policy

Ayovest is a service offered by PT Generasi Paham Investasi ("Ayovest") that allows users to purchase, sell and switch Mutual Funds online. Users will be asked for personal information, which may be used by Ayovest in its daily operations and may be sent to interested parties in accordance with regulations.

Although the data collected by Ayovest is data required by regulators, Ayovest would still like to inform users transparently how such data is managed by Ayovest, for which purpose we have established this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is inseparable from the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Ayovest Application.

Types of Information collected by Ayovest

The information collected by Ayovest consists of two (2) types of information:

Information voluntarily submitted by the user as part of the registration, KYC procedures and order process, which may consist of the investor's personal data, residential address, investor's account number, family relationships and financial condition. Users can view what information has been voluntarily submitted in the User Profile menu. The collection of this data is required by regulators and therefore cannot reduce or eliminate the collection of User data.

User-generated information on the basis of the User's use of the application. This information may consist of IP address, asset composition and portfolio value and technical information related to the device used by the User. Ayovest will use this data to ensure that the application can be used and run properly.

Ayovest is also responsible for periodically contacting users to ensure that KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are accurate and up to date. This is one part of Ayovest's operational activities. Users are expected to provide true and accurate information, and make necessary data changes and data updates where necessary. Users are expected to always make necessary data changes voluntarily through Ayovest Application.

Password Confidentiality

The User's Password, Pin Code or One-Time Password is confidential and the responsibility of the User, and Ayovest shall not be liable for any loss caused by the User's negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of the Password, Pin Code or One-Time Password.

Personal Data Security

Ayovest understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of users' personal data and transaction information. In order to maintain the confidentiality of users' personal data and transaction information in conducting online transactions, Ayovest provides User ID, Password, One-Time Password, and Pin code which can be used for full access to transact in Ayovest Application. Users can use the User ID, Password, and Pin Code provided after they have registered on Ayovest Application.

The confidentiality of users' personal data and transaction information will be maintained with tested security devices and stored on servers in Indonesia. Nonetheless, it is possible that there may be circumstances where unauthorized parties unlawfully retrieve and utilize such personal data and transaction information, in which case, Ayovest will do its best to block access to investors' personal data and transaction information in accordance with Data Protection regulations.

Obligation to disclose personal data

Ayovest will not provide Investor information and data to either affiliated parties of Ayovest or other parties unless:

1. By first obtaining approval from the Investor or obtaining instructions from the Investor.

2. There is a request from regulators including but not limited to the Financial Services Authority, Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK), prosecutors, police, as well as if there is a court decision ordering Ayovest to disclose all information and user data stored by Ayovest.

3. There are regulations issued by regulators that require Ayovest to disclose information and investor data to a certain party or to the public.

Waiver of Data Privacy

Ayovest is a service that facilitates the purchase, sale and switching of Mutual Funds and therefore in conjunction with interested third parties such as Investment Managers and Custodian Banks in the marketing of Mutual Fund products, Ayovest may provide user data to interested parties for registration and KYC processes.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Use of Ayovest Application, the user consents to the transfer, disclosure of the user's data to other related parties, in terms of the use of the data to be stored and processed for the creation of customer satisfaction surveys, Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) supervision, reporting, statistics, risk management and internal audit needs, and any reports required by regulators as a form of Ayovest's compliance with regulations.

Ayovest may make changes to this Privacy Policy without prior notice to Investors and may do so periodically or from time to time randomly.

Effective Date

These Privacy Policy are effective as of May 12, 2023.

If the User has any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, the User may contact Ayovest's Investor Complaint Handling (Customer Service).

All investments involve risk and the possibility of loss of investment value. Past performance does not reflect future performance. Investment simulations are provided for informational and illustrative purposes using past performance. Mutual funds are Investment Manager (MI) products and not APERD products. APERD is not responsible for the portfolio management carried out by the MI.
